Facade Grant ProgramThe economic prosperity of Aberdeen’s Downtown is due in part to its positive image as a unique and special place. Historic buildings are an important aspect of that image. The Central Business District (Main Street) is a designated Historic Commercial District.
The Façade Grant Program will promote the City’s goals of downtown revitalization and historic preservation. The program is designed to enhance historic building renovation projects by providing resources to assist in restoring the original exterior appearance of the buildings.
Historic and non-historic properties are eligible to apply.
